Books For Auto Buffs

Do you have a dear car nut? Or maybe an auto buff who would really love to read some books about cars? They may be the ones who won't entertain hearsays and want the information straight from the horse's mouth.

Well, don't annoy them by giving so-so books. Early this morning, I found a nice article from MLive. The said article lists down some top-rated books about cars.

The article states:

The North American International Auto Show in Detroit draw to a close today, but auto fever rages on. The Jackson District Library can keep the fever hot with selections and opportunities for car lovers:

Shiny chrome abounds Matt de Lorenzo's "Legendary American Cars," which is filled cover to cover with great photographs of cars you've come to know and love and some you've never seen before.

Craig Cheetham presents cars from 1980 to the present in "Encyclopedia of Classic Cars."

If looking at all these beautiful cars puts you in the mood for some new wheels, check out Consumer Reports "Used Car Buying Guide 2007."

Richard Porter's "Crap Cars" profiles the cheapest, tackiest and most inept autos through the ages.

For those who consider cars more than something to get to and from work, editor Ron Kowalke provides 6 levels of pricing for each car in "The 2008 Collector Car Price Guide."

Those books would surely paste a smile on auto buffs' faces. The next time you have a problem involving classic cars, legendary cars, auto parts such as vent visor, ask the buff beside. They might've been illuminated by those books.
